Shipping Policies

  • Flat rate shipping fee of $50.00 per item, $35 within Alberta only and $70 to Newfoundland, Labrador, Nova Scotia. Includes proof of delivery (signature), insurance and tracking through UPS. Shipping to US is $80 flat rate and does not include any applicable duties or taxes that may be charged.
  • Shipping anywhere North America only.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges on all ordered items.
  • Use code FREESHIP for up to $50 reduction on shipping for items over $500.

➜ Do you ship to the US?

  • Yes, we ship anywhere in North America. For insurance purposes we cannot ship outside of North America.

➜ How may I get assistance with my online order?

➜ How will my item be shipped?

  • We ship through UPS and guarantee you receive your item or we will reimburse you. For your security a signature is required upon receipt of all deliveries.

➜ How can I track my item?

  • We will provide you a tracking number for you to refer to and track the delivery of your new treasure.

➜ What if I do not receive my shipped item?

  • All claims for missing packages must be communicated to Wilder’s Consignment House within 30 days of receiving your tracking number.

➜ Do you offer expedited shipping?

  • Contact us and we can arrange quicker shipping with an additional cost depending on where you live.
